TotalView Corporate Coach

TotalView Corporate Coach is a revolutionary new coaching tool specifically designed for corporate coaches, consultants, and mentors. The TotalView Corporate Coach Assessment occurs in two stages. The first stage involves the person you are coaching taking the online TotalView Corporate Coach Assessment, a proven professional psychometric assessment. The second stage of the TotalView Corporate Coach program involves the scoring and analysis of the completed Assessment to produce two reports; one for you as the coach and another for the person you are coaching.

Corporate Coach is Easy to Use

The TotalView Corporate Coach program is simple to use. The entire program is managed through a web-based interface. The process starts with the registration of the candidate through the TotalView System website. The candidate is registered to take the TotalView Corporate Coach Assessment, and the website sends an automatic email to the person being coached, inviting him or her to complete the Assessment. The e-mailed invitation includes a link to the web-based Assessment. Shortly after the person has completed the assessment, the Coach and Candidate versions of the TotalView Corporate Coach Report are delivered to the coach in PDF format by email. The coach can choose to either deliver the Candidate Report in person or send a copy by e-mail.
