Leading Your Career Seminar

As a part of this workshop, you will:

  • Receive your personal ASSESS Development Report and ASSESS 360 Report that together provide comprehensive feedback on your capabilities. The ASSESS reports highlight strengths and gaps, and provide advice on growing and developing in ways to increase your job effectiveness.
  • Set goals to enhance your current performance and prepare you for future responsibilities.
  • Construct a detailed action plan for your development as a professional.
The Leading Your Career Seminar is an assessment-based development program. Participants are guided through a comprehensive process of increasing self-awareness, goal setting and action planning. Utilizing both 360-degree feedback from others in the workplace and personality-based assessment feedback, participants gain insight into their behaviors and the factors that impact job success. Participants leave the workshop with clear action plans for their own development.

The seminar consists of a one day workshop as well as two pre-workshop assessments. Prior to the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to complete the ASSESS Personality Survey via the Web at their convenience (approximately 45 to 60 minutes). In addition, each professional will participate in the ASSESS 360 process, which collects confidential feedback from multiple raters (self, boss, peers, direct reports, customers).
