Frequently the most useful tool to help you determine what you are good at is a talent assessment. This site presents five talent assessments for you to consider – each with a different focus, level of assessment and cost. Select the one that is right for you. Personal Effectiveness Profile (PDF Downloadable)
What's involved: The Personal Effectiveness Profile is an online instrument that looks to measure the personal leadership capabilities of individuals (whether or not they are directly responsible for leading others). It will take between 20 and 30 minutes to complete the assessment.
What it will tell you: The seven personal effectiveness categories are Delivering results, Achieving to higher standards, Straight talking, Developing yourself, Taking responsibility, Pulling together and Exceeding customer expectations.

Talent and Thinking Style Assessment
What's involved: This is an on-line test that reviews your thinking to a series of statements; this test takes approximately 15 minutes. Since talent assessments review your initial responses, a talent assessment tool requires a rapid response to provided information; this provides the most accurate review of nature brain responses and “hardwiring.”
What it will tell you: This test will generate a report indicating your thinking style, performance style and four primary talents. Talents are our natural abilities that show up in how we think and how we respond. Our talents reflect our strengths (what we are good at) and the areas in which we have the potential to be great, and generally reflect our interests and passions.

CriteriaOne DISC Assessment
What's Involved: CriteriaOne DISC is an online assessment that identifies and describes the 4 behavior styles that determine how you approach work and people. It uses a model of behavior developed by William M. Marston known as DISC. Marston’s model has been tested, proven accurate and effective with millions of people for more than 40 years. This assessment takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
What it will tell you: Everyone has an observable and recognizable behavioral style. Style can be described as “how” people approach the 4 P’s of everyday living.
