SELECT Pre-Employment Tests for Banking

In 2003, Bigby-Havis, an organizations psychology firm, partnered with a financial consulting group and their parent company to develop a suite of assessments appropriate for sales-oriented associates and managers. They conducted a series of studies to identify key factors that differentiate success in different banking environments. The result is a predictive tool validated specifically for banking industry.
