The Candid Clues Attitude Reports help you determine the participant’s attitudes toward work and work-related issues. The Attitude Assessment measures counter-productive behaviors during the pre-employment “Screening” process.

The Interpretive and the Graphic reports will show any areas of concern that you might want to further investigate by using the Behavioral Interview Questions.

The Job(Clues) Fit Reports determine if a participant’s personality characteristics and cognitive abilities fit the job by comparing their traits to those of successful performers in a specific job. This helps you identify and interview the participants with the right “job fit”, improving your quality of hire and time to hire. These reports can be used for lateral moves and promotions as well as hiring.

There are over 100 job categories in 6 suites; General Business, Health, Hospitality, Property Management, Auto Dealerships, and Salons. We also offer custom job categories and benchmarking to create reports that are specific to your company and use your successful employees as a template to help create a "success profile" that you can duplicate.
