Office Skills Tests are fully automated, easy to administer, and most importantly, a valuable tool in assessing the basic office skills of prospective employees.

Typing Tests

The primary purpose of a Typing Test is to measure typing speed and count the number of errors.  Typing tests are typically administered to individuals where typing is a major component of their job...where speed and accuracy are essential.

Our Typing Test measures an applicant’s typing speed in a five minute timed test.  The Typing Test calculates the number of words typed and any resulting errors.  Typing speed is shown before errors and more importantly the typing speed is adjusted to reflect the number of errors.

To make the Typing Test easy to administer, the Typing Test comes pre-equipped with a standard text.  However, if you would like to administer your own text.  Each Typing Test software comes packaged with an exhaustive dictionary which allows you to create your own typing text.  Using your own text is as simple as point-and-click.

Data Entry Test

Data entry personnel help ensure the smooth processing of information. Often, their duties include not only the keying in of data, but taking on other kinds of clerical responsibilities, as well. A good data entry worker, for example, will also know how to prepare reports and use office equipment, and have a working knowledge of all appropriate software programs.
