1.  New SPS Website!

Like proud parents, we're excited to announce the "graduation" of our website and "birth" of our logo.  

First the website.  The Success Performance Solutions website is the heart and soul of our business. On any given day we have over 1,000 visitors stop by. We receive visitors from our neighbors in Lancaster PA to new customers from Maine to Florida to Texas and California.  We also receive guests from far-away places like Australia, China and the United Kingdom on a regular basis.   

Behind the scenes we have nearly 1,000 unique pages. Yes, that's right - nearly 1,000 webpages.  In addition to dozens of pages describing our pre-employment tests and online personality tests, performance management solutions, applicant processing system, leadership and management assessments, and nearly 100 book titles, every article and newsletter- (well, almost all of them) -  is available for reading since 1999. We also have video and audio clips of several of my speaking presentations and training tutorials. WOW!   

Our site got so big that even I couldn't find all of the pages easily - and I wrote most of it! So we went back to the drawing board and mapped out the entire site.  

Our newest addition is the Quick Link section on each page that makes it easy to find all the pages connected to a particular category. For instance, if you click on "Employee Assessments" you see a quick reference guide on the right to all our assessments.  Interested in Training and Development, just click on the link and voila! - many of training programs are just click away.  And at the top of each page you can find links to our newsletter, blog, videos, and downloads.  

We're excited about our new and improved site.  Let us know what you think.  If you find a link that doesn't work, please let us know. (With 1,000 pages, I'm sure we missed something!)  Tell us what you like.  Have a suggestion? Let us know that too.
