Position yourself as THE DISC subject matter expert in your organization or with your clients.  When you become a Certified Behavioral Analyst, you will have demonstrated a solid foundation in and understanding of the DISC model and CriteriaOne® DISC reports.

Preparation for certification can be obtained by participating in our next CriteriaOne® DISC certification training session to be held in Lancaster (PA), conducted by Success Performance Solutions.  You will be trained by Success Performance Solutions’ professional staff, experts in Marston’s DISC model, building effective teams, and job matching using CriteriaOne® DISC reports.

Following completion of the training, participants are eligible to take the Maximum Potential Certified Behavioral Analyst exam. (The exam is optional and requires a nominal test fee.) Participants who then achieve a successful score will receive a Maximum Potential Certified Behavioral Analyst certificate.

This fast-paced, comprehensive certification training will provide an in-depth understanding of DISC model, the CriteriaOne® DISC system and its many team building, conflict-reducing and job matching applications.
